Mathematical Morphology
During my fifth semester, I reached out to Prof. B. S. Daya Sagar, enquiring about an elective that he had taken during the academic year of 2015-16 on Mathematical Morphology. I ended up doing a project on the study of mathematical morphology towards the latter end of the semester, the winter break, and is still currently on-going.
Dispersion Problems in Two Dimensions
During the break of the transition from BMath Second Year to BMath Third Year, I did a project at Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati under the Summer Internship Programme. I worked under the guidance of Prof. Gautam Kumar Das, working on Dispersion Problems in Two Dimensions.
Undergraduate Directed Reading Projects (UDGRPs)
UDGRP (Undergraduate Directed Reading Program) is a program of the Math Club, ISI Bengaluru Centre, where BMath (and sometimes MMath) students conduct group reading projects with fellow batchmates and juniors.
Analytic Number Theory
During the Summer Break of 2025 (May 2025 - July 2025), I attended the UDGRP-S on Analytic Number Theory lead by Srijeet Bhattacharjee, BStat Second Year.
Dynamical Systems
During the Winter Break of 2024 (December 2024), I attended the UDGRP-W lead by Aritrabha Majumdar, a fellow BMath Second Year.
Enumerative Combinatorics
During the Winter Break of 2024 (December 2024), I attended the UDGRP-W on Enumerative Combinatorics lead by Hrishik Koley, BMath Third Year.
